Project Overview

The Immersive Building, a 37-story complex located in the heart of Dubai’s financial district, is the latest landmark of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). The project, led by Aedas Global Design Directors Lin Jingheng and David Clayton, integrates commercial, leisure, and retail spaces to create an innovative business environment. With its symmetrical V-shaped cuts and unique architectural silhouette, Immersive Building showcases the city’s characteristics of Dubai and offers a rich experience of work, leisure, and luxury, meeting the evolving needs of businesses and employees.

Design Concept and Highlights

Architectural Silhouette: The Immersive Building creates a distinctive architectural silhouette with symmetrical V-shaped cuts, showcasing the unique urban landscape of Dubai.

Terraces and Rooftop Facilities: The V-shaped cuts at the top of the tower are designed as stepped terraces and rooftop facilities, offering beautiful views overlooking the Gate Building and the Avenue of the Gate.

Green Public Spaces: The V-shaped cuts at the bottom, spanning five stories, form a landmark dining venue and public space filled with greenery.

Façade Design: Vertical decorative strips enhance the vertical extension of the tower, making the building appear more slender and modern.

Multifunctional Complex: Integrating work, leisure, and luxury experiences, it provides a high-quality working environment and Grade A office space.

Premium Private Club: The top three floors of the tower are designed as a luxurious private club and rooftop terrace, showcasing a high-end corporate image while creating a unique leisure experience.
