The Yitian Silicon Valley New City planning upgrade project, designed by Aedas, is located in the south and north areas of Huangge Pit Industrial Zone, Longcheng Street, Longgang District. The project aims to create a million-square-meter industrial new city that integrates industrial R&D, supporting dormitories, and commercial facilities. The planned construction area is 985,505 square meters with a planned plot ratio of 6.4, involving the demolition and construction land area totaling 237,648.3 square meters.
Design Philosophy and Highlights
Industrial New City: The project is committed to building a complex of industrial R&D buildings, supporting dormitory buildings, and commercial facilities to promote regional economic development and industrial upgrading.
Urban Renewal: The project transforms the old industrial area into a vibrant new urban district through urban renewal, enhancing the city’s image and the quality of life for residents.
Planning Coordination: Aedas considers the planning coordination of the south and north areas in the design, achieving a harmonious unity between the two areas through index shuffling, optimizing urban design and TOD development needs.
